Relaxtants are herbs that help the nervous system in particular. Many nervines calm the nerves, but not all herbs that calm the nerves are nervines. Calming nervines can help ease the worry we all feel sometimes and help us sleep on nights when we can't.

Chamomile Tea
The majority of the globe is familiar with the soothing herb chamomile, which has been used for many years. It is frequently used as a tea to quiet down and relax the digestive system and is gentle enough to be given to infants.

Rose Buds
Since ancient times, roses have been employed in herbal medicine and are loaded with beneficial qualities. Different teas may use different rose plant components into their blends. For example, rose hips are frequently added to fruit-forward blends to provide sweetness and tartness and rose hip petals are frequently added to light, mellow teas to add a flowery flavour. While rose petals and rose hips have different flavours and health advantages, they are both delicious and nutritious additions to herbal and caffeinated blends.
